Maintenance and Repairs

How do I report a maintenance issue?

How quickly will repairs be completed?

How do I pay my rent?

  • You can pay your rent through Direct Debit and standing order. Information on payment options will be provided upon confirmation of tenancy.


When is the rent due?

  • Rent is due on the same date as your contract starts and the same day each month thereafter .


What happens if I'm late with my rent?

  • If your rent is late, you will be charged a late payment fee refer to your tenancy agreement for details, persistent late payments may affect your tenancy.
